Rental period: May 15 – September 20.
Accommodation reservations are available exclusively on request; allotments cannot be granted.
The preferred length of stay is 7 nights; however, shorter or longer stays (minimum 3 nights) can be arranged subject to availability. Prices listed in the price list are gross amounts per person in a double room, including half board service (breakfast and dinner).
Agency commission amounts to 15% of the listed price per person and applies exclusively to accommodation services for adults.

Accommodation payment terms

Payment is made by pro forma invoice, due 7 days prior to the guest’s arrival, to the Pansion’s bank account: IBAN: HR3224020061100240479, SWIFT: ESBCHR22, Erste&Steiermärkische Bank d.d., Jadranski trg 3a, 51000 Rijeka, Croatia. The invoice is issued to: PANSION ANA, UGOSTITELJSKI OBRT, ARTATORE 75, 51550 MALI LOŠINJ, CROATIA, VAT ID: HR19185057205. If payment is not completed before the guest’s arrival, unfortunately accommodation cannot be provided.
VAT of 13% on accommodation services and 25% on other services is included in the prices.
The tourist tax of 2.00 EUR per person per day and a one-time registration fee of 2.00 EUR per person are not included in the accommodation price.
Children under 12 years of age are exempt from tourist tax, while children aged 12–18 pay 50% of the tourist tax amount.
Pass-through charges and any additional services are billed by the Pansion and are not commissionable, while the Agency charges accommodation only.

Cancellation terms

Cancellation without penalty is possible up to 30 days prior to the guest’s arrival. After this period, the full amount of the booked arrangement will be charged, regardless of whether the Agency has found a replacement guest or not. In the event of a no-show, cancellation upon arrival or after the start of the stay, the full amount of the booked arrangement will be charged, excluding tourist tax for the unused portion of the reserved period. Guests who do not comply with house rules and disturb the peace will have their accommodation cancelled without exception. In case the Pansion cancels the accommodation due to violation of house rules, the full amount of the booked arrangement will be charged, regardless of the shortened stay.
